01: Birthday!

Episode 1: The Birthday Episode – Embracing Imperfection and Manifesting More

Welcome to the debut episode of More Everything! As your host I am so excited to finally launch this podcast, which has been a long time in the making. This podcast is about getting more of the things we want in our lives, whether they’re big or small, personal or professional. It’s about embracing both the big picture and the nitty-gritty details that shape how we feel every day.

In this first episode, which also happens to be launching on my birthday, I reflect on the journey to create More Everything, and how serendipity played a role in today’s release. We’ll dive into the concept of birthdays – how they’re a time to look back, celebrate where we’ve been, and most importantly, manifest what we want in the future.

Here’s what you can expect in this episode:

  • Why this podcast is all about embracing the imperfect and messy moments in life

  • The power of serendipity and why launching today, on my birthday, feels so right

  • A conversation about the importance of birthdays and how we all experience them in our own unique way

  • Hear from some of my closest friends and loved ones, sharing their personal perspectives on birthdays, growth, and making wishes for the future

As I launch this podcast, I invite you to join me on this journey of seeking more—more joy, more fulfillment, more love, more realness. And I hope that, in listening to these stories, you’re inspired to think about the things you want to manifest in your own life.
